Cancellation Policy

Transaction cancellation policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010. Cancellation of a transaction can be made by notice to the production or to Eventer, within 14 days from the date of execution of the transaction, and provided that the cancellation is made no later than 7 days, non-rest days, before the date of the event. After the cancellation, the customer will be entitled to a refund, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation, and in accordance with the price actually paid, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100 whichever is lower.
 

In other words: it is not possible to cancel a transaction for the purchase of entertainment services when you purchased the tickets or asked to cancel 7 business days or less, before the event, and it is not possible to cancel if two weeks have passed from the date of purchase.
 

If you have requested to cancel a purchase in accordance with the provisions of section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, and the seller has refused, we will ask you to inform us, and we will try to assist you, and even consider removing the seller from the site.
 

Nothing in this section shall define the site or anyone acting on its behalf as a seller or impose on the site the liability of a seller.

Notwithstanding the above, it is clarified that the site bears the cost of clearing the credit cards of the transaction, in any case of cancellation the site will not reimburse the cost it bore for the transaction, which is approximately 5% of the credit transaction amount or NIS 100 whichever is lower.
